The hadith says: وَاللَّهِ لاَ يُؤْمِنُ، وَاللَّهِ لاَ يُؤْمِنُ، وَاللَّهِ لاَ يُؤْمِنُ الَّذِي لاَ يَأْمَنُ جَارُهُ بَوَايِقَهُ (Sahih al-Bukhari 6016) By God, he is not a believer, By God, he is not a believer, By God, he is not a believer, who creates problems for his neighbours. There are two levels of faith: minimum and maximum. What is the maximum: وَأَمَّا مَا يَنْفَعُ النَّاسَ فَيَمْكُثُ فِي الْأَرْضِ (13.17) The maximum level of faith is that you become a giver member for your society. The minimum level of faith is that you be a no-problem person to society.  Every person lives in a society, somewhere or the other. No person lives alone in an island. You have only two levels of faith. There is no third level. The maximum is to be a giver member for your society. The minimum is to be a no-problem person. Either be a no-problem person or be a giver. There is no third level of faith.
